Since a range of materials have been used in all our hand-embellished items, we politely ask that customers take a level of care. Shoebelle cannot be held responsible for damages incurred through wear and tear or misuse. If you have any queries, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Work will only commence on customised orders, when full payment has been received.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation policy
Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with an item we will do our best to resolve the problem. Full refunds or exchanges are not available due to the bespoke work and unique personalisation of each pair of shoes.
Orders for bespoke items may be cancelled with no penalty by email up to 24 hours after client confirmation of the work has been received.
Completed bespoke/custom orders cannot be cancelled and payment in full is required.
Shoebelle will not sell, distribute or publish any client information to third parties.
Once an order is agreed, clients will dispatch the items at their own expense to Shoebelle.
Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach Shoebelle. We strongly recommend that a tracking/signed-for postal service is used as Shoebelle cannot be liable for any items lost in transit to Shoebelle.
If your item’s delivery to you exceeds the estimated time given by more than 5 days, please contact us at contact shoebelle.co.uk so we may investigate the matter with the postal service. Shoebelle will return the completed, bespoke shoes free of charge back to the client.
Social Media and Marketing
Shoebelle reserves the right to publish images and customer reviews of completed items on our website www.shoebelle.co.uk and our social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The client’s details WILL NOT be shared alongside these posts, unless this has already been agreed in writing with the client.
If the client chooses to share images from professional photographers of their items with us for our website and social media platforms, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have the rights to these images for publication.
Shoebelle reserves the right to decline orders in instances where high demand outweighs production time availability. Shoebelle will inform customers within 48 hours if their requirements cannot be met within 3 weeks due to materials out of stock or time scale. In this case, funds will either not be taken or immediately reimbursed to the client.
Design to Product
At Shoebelle we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with the design brief for embellishment(s) which are agreed in advance. On occasions, we may provide a sketch of the ideas discussed to help clients make decisions about the finished design. Sketches are for guidance only, and due to the nature of the hand-embellished work, we cannot guarantee a complete like-for-like end result. Where there are changes to proposals, they will be discussed with the client before the (new) work is carried out. Should the client choose to amend any detail of the design after the ‘24 hour cancellation policy’ an additional cost may be incurred.
